a retail bakery in Long Island, New York. Over 3,500 customers in
the New York City area Today,
with the Liberty Hearth brand, Modern Baked Products operates a 60,000
square foot bakery facility in Oakdale, New York. We offer a large variety
of hearth baked breads to foodservice and in-store bakeries and also
offer daily fresh delivery. We specialize in customized products tailored

Baking
Authentic Hearth Breads Baking authentic hearth breads is an extensive process but the flavor and texture that results is unbeatable. First the bread dough is kneaded using only premium ingredients. Then our hearth breads go through a fermentation process for up to twenty four hours before proofing. After proofing, the breads are baked directly on the hearth for authentic texture with unmatched flavor and taste. |
